The LP62701 is designed too supply positive/negative power driven applications. TThhe device uses a sin inductor scheme to provide up to 150mA currents for both positive and negative output. TThhe integrated synchronous boost converter provides a re eggulated voltage for a LDO and a charge pump. The LDOO provides a regulated and programmable positive bias VVOOP and the charge pump provides a regulated and prooggrammable negative bias VON. The device offers low nnoise, small solution size,high efficiency and robust proteections. The other feature include under-voltage lockout ((UVLO), internal sof+start,oost cycle-by-cycle current limmit output over current and short circuit protection as well aas thermal shutdown. The LP62701 is available in a spaacce saving WLCSP 15-ball (0.4mm pitch) package.
