概述

The LPQ64460 is an automotive focused high-performance synchronous step-down DC-DC converter. With integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs, up to 6A output current is delivered over a
wide input range of 3.8V to 42V. The LPQ64460 implements soft recovery from dropout eliminating overshoot on the output.
The input quiescent current is less than 10-μA with fixed 3.3V and 5V output. The device operates in fixed frequency PWM operation and transits to PFM operation automatically at light load to achieve higher efficiency. The switching frequency is programmable from 200 kHz to 2.2MHz.
The LPQ64460 has various fixed output voltage versions to save the external feedback resistor and reduces quiescent current. The LPQ64460 supports both aluminum polymer capacitors and ceramic capacitors without extra compensation components.
The LPQ64460 is available in a FC-QFN-14 package.
